Learn from coach Tate every Friday 7pm, Tate competed at the highest level of Canadian wrestling, learning from numerous national and Olympic-level athletes and coaches.

We’re thrilled to welcome Arsyn Sadlier as our guest coach next week.

She’ll be covering our Intermediate Classes on 9th and 10th June.

Arsyn will be teaching a Takedown Defence 101 session. While the class will have a wrestling focus, the material is valuable for everyone, as all BJJ matches begin from a standing position.

You’re welcome to wear either your gi or no gi kit for these sessions.

Open to all, drop in rates apply for non members.
