🌟 Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to help realise our vision? 🌟

Here at Larkrise Primary School in Oxford, we are searching for TWO dedicated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Teaching Assistants!

Whether you have prior experience or are completely new to a career in education, we want to hear from you. You can choose to focus on the magic of our Early Years setting, or work closely with our expert SENCO team supporting children with additional needs.

Why choose Larkrise?

✨ Purpose: 100% of our staff feel their work has a strong purpose, and 98% of our parents would recommend us!

✨ Learn While You Earn: This 15-18 month apprenticeship gets you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

✨ Paid Study Time: We give you 7.2 hours of dedicated, paid "off-the-job" study time every week.

✨ Inspiring Environment: Get immersed in our "Inspire Curriculum"—from Geography field trips to Oxford's rivers, to Forest School and specialist Art & Design sessions!

Pay: £8.00/hr to £12.71/hr (depending on age and year of apprenticeship).

If you have a "can-do" attitude, a genuine interest in how children learn, and a desire to bring creativity and kindness into the classroom, you will fit right in!

An amazing first day at beautiful Kilvrough.

A great journey and everyone has settled in well and enjoyed team-building and orienteering to explore the site after dinner.
