We have reached autumn and with it our next yoga nidra session is on the calender. All bookings via the website, link in bio.
Lets take a moment to stop and observe, to savour what is here before it is gone.

Sending love to all.

Addressing a common anxiety around attending your first yoga class.

Dont let this simple worry get in your way.

There are various extracts of plants that we can make and each type of plant will need a different extraction process. Each person needs a different dosage so do look for herbal books in the charity shops and online (make sure they're not A.I written) reach out with any questions for guidance in medicine making or book reccomendations and please make sure eveything is sterile.

How grateful i am that everything aligned for me to get a beloved and much needed Tilia harvest in today.

Try collecting some Lime tree blossom and drying it for your tea, i believe everyone will like this one.
