๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฆ” Before half term, the Year 4 children enjoyed their second Forest School session of the year. As part of their Science learning on habitats, they worked collaboratively to create homes for woodland animals using natural materials.

The children also took part in tool work, mud kitchen role play linked to their Anglo-Saxon topic, den building and digging. It was a fantastic session full of creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and outdoor learning! ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŒณ

Year 4 had an unforgettable residential trip to York! ๐Ÿฐโœจ They explored York Minster, walked the historic City Walls, and became Vikings for the day at Murton Park. They also stepped back in time at the Jorvik Centre and got hands-on at DIG searching for artefacts.
The children were a real credit to the schoolโ€”fantastic behaviour and full of enthusiasm, curiosity and respect throughout. A brilliant trip packed with learning, laughter and adventure!๐Ÿ˜Šโœจ
