ext best thing to your own home. I have a wonderful variety of age-appropriate toys, games and activities on offer and two glorious gardens which will be used every day, no matter the weather. Being outdoors is a central part of my ethos and we will spend much of our time at the beach, in the forest, on the moors, at the park, or simply in the garden. When it is time for a sleep there is a separate quiet, dark and cosy area where they can rest peacefully but securely, always monitored to keep them safe.

🌈✨️ Holiday Clubs 2026 over and out! ✨️🌈

We've had so much fun for our Summer holiday clubs this year.

Trips to ⛰️Dartmoor, 🌊Exmouth beach, 🌲Stover Country Park, 🌳Decoy Woods, even 🛝the local playpark at their request!

We've made slime, blackberry jam, raspberry lemonade, magic wand breadsticks, our own terrariums, incredible clay creations, many bead bracelets and necklaces, tie dye bags, loads of lego inventions and beautiful paintings and colourings. Its been a hot and crispy few weeks but we made it with plenty of fun, lots of natural home made ice lollies and fruity snacks, delicious cakes and bakes to keep them going, and plenty of fun and games.

Closed now until September breakfast and after school clubs start up again.

Our butterflies emerged from their chrysalis' slowly over a few days and we had the joy of releasing them into the wild last week. They were all very happy to have a drink from the nearby peonies before flying off into the big wide world! (Hope they're still out there somewhere surviving the heatwave)

Decorating our fruit trees today so they know how much we love them, so they give us lots of fruit! Apple Pigs is a story that has stuck with me, about how taking care of an apple tree made it grow ALL the apples 🍎 Last year I gave this pear tree so much love and it gave us a zillion pears in return. Let's see if it does the same this year 🤞

We've been conducting an experiment these last few weeks, growing these beautiful painted lady butterflies 🦋 We created a habitat for the caterpillars with plenty of natural sticks and fresh nettles to chomp, and watched them grow and grow - they grew so much, so quickly! Much excitement when they turned into chrysalis', and now the first butterfly has hatched 🥰
We will wait for a sunny day in a couple of days to release them 🌸🦋🌷🦋🌹🦋🌼

A fun afternoon today creating a new game to enjoy together. The simple joy of noughts and crosses! Although make it nature style, ladybirds 🐞 and caterpillars 🐛! We drew them onto log slices, drilled holes in the top so we can store them on a pipe cleaner, and used some straight sticks to create the frame. We all played together in the sunshine, they loved it!
