We would like to invite parents and carers to our Meet the Teacher event on Monday 14th September, between 3:20pm and 5:00pm.

This is a great opportunity to:
✅ Meet your child's teacher
✅ Visit your child's classroom
✅ Find out about classroom routines and expectations
✅ Find out what your child will be learning this year
✅ Ask any questions you may have

School mornings can feel like a lot before the day has even properly begun — especially for a neurodivergent child who may already be managing transitions, sensory needs, executive functioning demands and anxiety about what lies ahead.

A few small changes can reduce the number of demands their brain has to process first thing. Preparing things the night before, keeping routines predictable, allowing extra transition time and using fewer words when stress is rising can all help make mornings feel more manageable.

It isn’t about creating a “perfect” morning. It’s about removing some of the pressure points where we can.
