Rhubarb and Custards Day Nursery

It is with a very heavy heart that Rhubarb and Custards closed the doors for the final time today.
We would like to thank all of the families for their continuous support and for giving us the gift of getting to know your children, we have enjoyed every moment and are heartbroken to have had to say goodbye so suddenly.
We wish the children and families all the best for the future and will forever cherish the memories made ❤️

Just a little reminder of the bank holiday dates that Nursery will be closed over the festive season 🌟

Our new art & craft and Play-dough station is all set up in the conservatory 🎨🖌️ we cannot wait to see what creations are made in this new expresive art & design area

Ready for another fun filled day of exploring at Rhubarbs, the team have been working really hard to set up inviting play spaces for the children to explore and learn. These are a couple of area’s set up for the children this morning 😍

The children were very excited this morning to start decorating the Nursery ready for Christmas 🎄🎅🏻❤️❄️☃️

Tomorrow is children in need day, children are invited to wear their comfy PJ’s or something spotty. If you feel you would like to make a donation we will be collecting for the cause.

We would like to introduce our new nursery cook Sara. Sara joined the Rhubarbs team this week and even made an amazing cheesecake to share with the team ❤️ Sara is passionate about cooking and baking with fresh produce and making nutritious homemade meals for the children. Sara will be working on new menu’s for the setting which we will share when they are finalized. WELCOME SARA 🤩

First game of the day… Pass the parcel. It was lots of fun, all children had a turn at unwrapping a layer of paper and all got a prize 😍
