The Buzz Pod

The Buzz Pod TheBuzzPod supports individuals with disabilities with their journey to becoming Presenters, Producers or Audio Technicians in their own Podcast Station.

The Buzz Pod is a Lottery funded project that will see SKILS ORRELL CIC members trained in how to use digital technologies to produce radio show content, such as debates, interviews and local news. The Buzz Pod will then work towards involving the wider community by running community pop-up activities. These sessions will develop digital and online radio production skills, and produce relevant radio content to bring communities together.

Susan and Debbie who are volunteers parents and carers from the Transition & Beyond Event planning group have been to visit us at Orrell. We recorded a promotional audio for the Transition and Beyond Event next week. David from The Buzz Pod team did a great job interviewing the ladies and captured a fab podcast.
