Working memory is like your brain's short-term storage. It helps you hold and use information for a short time, which is important for following instructions and learning new things. Children with dyslexia often struggle with working memory, which can make it harder to complete tasks.

🔍 Signs to Look For:
- Trouble following multi-step instructions.
- Forgetting what was just said.
- Losing track of what they’re doing.
- Struggling to remember lists or sequences.

💡 Tips for Home:
1. Break It Down: Give instructions one step at a time.
2. Use Visuals: Use charts, lists, or pictures to help remember tasks.
3. Repeat Together: Have your child repeat instructions back to you.
4. Stick to Routines: Consistent routines make tasks easier to remember.
