8-14 June 2026 is Carers Week.
Did you know there are around 6 million informal caregivers in the UK? Informal caregivers are people who provide care to family, friends, and other loved ones as they need help and support due to physical and/or mental health conditions.
Did you know that some of our courses include a focus on caregivers? Some staff in the department also have expertise in this area, especially when a caregiver is ill themselves.
