Today is World Eating Disorder Awareness Day.

We know this can be a difficult day for many. In this episode of the Edge Ahead podcast, we hear from Paige Rivers, Edge Hill graduate and former Students’ Union President, who shares her incredibly honest story of living with anorexia for over a decade, including the moments that nearly cost her life, and what it’s taken to begin recovery.

Alongside this, the conversation explores the wider realities of mental health, including the often-overlooked experiences of men and the importance of creating spaces where people feel safe to open up.
