Congratulations to Professor Ardhendu Behera for his involvement in a project working towards identifying criminals from a single cell. The Earlham Institute-led project was awarded nearly £625,000 to explore whether cutting-edge sequencing technologies could be used by forensic scientists to identify individuals who have been involved in crime.
Identifying criminals from a single cell New advances in single cell DNA profiling could make it possible to identify individuals from even the smallest traces.
