We were so lucky today to have a Tractor come to visit us in nursery.
One of our amazing parents brought their tractor to show all the children.
We have had such a lovely afternoon measuring ourselves against the very large tractor wheels and having a sit inside the tractor.

I’m delighted to introduce my new venture, created to support children’s wellbeing, resilience and confidence in a fun, positive and encouraging environment. 💛

Our sessions will be starting on Tuesday 8th September and are currently open to children from Reception to Year 3. 🧒👧

The aim is to give children a safe space to build confidence, develop resilience, understand their emotions and learn positive tools they can take with them into everyday life — all while having fun and making new friends! 🌟

📅 Sessions start: Tuesday 8th September & Wednesday 9th September

🎒 Age group: Reception – Year 3

😍Child accident prevention week😍

The children took part in lots of different experiences to help them understand how to keep themselves safe around nursery and in their homes.

Babies used spray bottles to put out the fire when pretending to be firemen. They also went on walks and practiced crossing safely on pedestrian crossings.
Seedlings explored safety around hot drinks and cold drinks and explored traffic signals with a stop/go game outdoors.
Toddlers explored road safety by looking at traffic signals and safety around fire.
Pre school explored water safety and keeping themselves safe on trips as they were lucky enough to be able to attend the production of the Gingerbread man at Edge Hill University. This was an amazing experience for our children to have, we were so grateful to be invited along.

We have had some lovely times taking part in activities for Mental health awareness week. The children and staff were pampered and relaxed during some spa day treats. 💅💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🧘We love exploring our outdoor environment and having stories in the park, train rides and visiting our local library.
We are so lucky to have so many opportunities on our doorstep to enjoy.

Due to an increased demand for our lovely nursery we are looking to appoint a fully qualified practitioner to join our amazing team.

Above all else, the person we are looking for must share our ethos of kindness and love.

They must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide exceptional care for our children whilst also being able to make playdo, bake, bring stories to life and have passion for inspiring young minds.

In addition, we are looking for someone with knowledge of the EYFS and who has a talent for turning everyday moments into magical adventures.

If you love singing nursery rhymes, getting messy and being outdoors we are the team for you!
