Station House Nursery School

This week the lovely Beckie from The Sunshine Club surprised the children for one of our weekly sessions dressed as Belle. The children loved dancing, singing, popping bubbles and twirling ribbons. We had a ball!

In March we participated in our yearly fundraiser. This year we chose to support Derian house children's hospice with their hospice hop.
The children and staff were really engaged in all the sponsored activities set out for them and we raised an amazing £1091.80.

Today Harry our nursery cook created a very tasty Vegan, garlic and herb twisted loaf to have with our vegetable soup! 😋

This week Beckie from the sunshine club southport came in for our weekly session as a bunny to support us with our sponsored hospice hop for Derian house.

Happy world book day 2026!

To celebrate this week we wanted to spread happiness and kindness all around our community. Big Engines decided to give flowers out as their act of kindness. We started delivering them to our friends throughout the nursery and wanted to spread this kindness further! We went into Burscough Village to deliver flowers to members of the community. We said hello to our neighbours and gave flowers to the local businesses. We loved making so many people smile. We may have also hidden some more of our flowers around Burscough. I wonder who may find them ☺️🤷🏼

A huge Congratulations to Laney on completing her apprenticeship and gaining a level 3 early years educator qualification. Laney puts so much hard work into what she does and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team!
