Dear Quizzers,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that our major Christmas Quiz 2023 event (Friday 8th) will be our last ever session.
We do have Beer & Carols quiz on the 10th at Alpine as well which everyone is welcome to!

We thank all of those who have attended our meetings, came with us to the SU Quiz and have stood by us as we worked so hard to get quality quizzes made each week.

We want to thank all society staff, past and present who have made the society what it is today. The hard work they have put into this society is unrivalled.

On a personal note, the friendships that have been made in the society is awesome, and this doesn’t mean we won’t continue to meet informally. We’ll post details of any meets on this server, and everyone is welcome there!

We had a great time at Gravity Max last night as a small group of us took to the bowling alley! Some great bowling and somehow one of us still managed to get a gutter ball with the sides up 😬😅

We'll be doing Junkyard Golf soon when more people are available to join us, so keep an eye out for dates soon ❤️🎉

On October 9th, the society committee became aware of an offensive comment posted on our Discord server. Immediately upon learning of this issue, we suspended the channel in question to address the matter promptly. Subsequently, we have decided to discontinue the channel in the best interests of our society and its members.

The Quiz & Party Game Society would like to take this opportunity to formally and sincerely apologise for any offence caused to anyone who saw this comment. We want to emphasize that the comment was not directed at anyone, however we recognise that this does not excuse any offense that it may have caused
