✨Last day of Summer Term Half Day✨

Please check your children's school bags, letters went home with every child yesterday who attends Friends Club on a Tuesday regarding our half day arrangements!

These need to be completed and returned by Friday 19th June to accommodate the booking of food.

Please remember to complete the time your child will be collected as we will be closing at 2.30pm.

✨Friends Club Registration for September 2026 has been in full swing! ✨

We now have extremely limited places remaining! With only the first hour of 1.45pm-2.45pm available, with waiting lists in place.

If you have not heard from me regarding your child/children's place, please take that as confirmation that you have got your requested hours.

If you currently have outstanding invoices but would like your child to be registered with us in September 2026, we will accept payment up until Thursday 25th June. You have until this date to clear any debt, otherwise your child's place will be withdrawn and offered to another family.

In line with our policy and procedures we no longer allow changes to hours to be made during the term, so please be mindful that you have booked the correct days/hours needed as you will continue to be charged until the end of term block. These hours will then be changed the following term.

✨Dear Parents/Carers✨
✨Friends Club Registration September 2026✨

If your child is registered with Friends Club this year they should have gone home today with registrations packs. If more than one child attends with us, it will have been sent home with the eldest child.

If you would like your child to attend with us in September 2026, please get these returned by Friday 5th of June 2026.

Registration will then be opened up on Monday 8th of June to anybody else who would like to apply for a space. Registration packs can be collected from the main school office from this date.

We operate on a first come first serve basis, as we have a lot of demand for places, it's vital your pack is completed fully and returned as soon as possible.

OUTSTANDING INVOICES
If you currently have outstanding invoices, but would like your child to be registered with us in September, we will accept your application up until Thursday 25th June. You have until this date to clear any debt otherwise your child's place for September will be offered to another family.

OIPS FRIENDS CLUB will now have one primary email address. Parents/Carers please use this to contact myself during the day for quick replies regarding your children's arrangements. Monthly invoices will now be sent via this email also. It's very important to have this email saved to your inbox so that it does not go to 'junk' or 'spam'. The email is [email protected] This is the email on registration packs and our website. We no longer have access to previous email addresses.

If you made this payment could you please contact Friends Club as soon as possible. Gentle reminder please reference all payments with your child's name to make the process of allocating money possible.
