🌟 Welcome to our Preschool Cohort 2026/27!
What a fantastic start our new preschool children have made at Omagh North Nursery School! 💛
We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them as they settle into their new nursery environment. Over these first few weeks, the children have been busy securing familiar routines and transitions, developing confidence as they move throughout their day and becoming increasingly comfortable within our nursery setting. 🏫✨
It has been wonderful to see the children beginning to form trusting relationships with our staff, who are getting to know each child’s unique personality, interests and individual needs. 💕 These early relationships are so important in helping our children feel safe, secure and ready to learn through play.
We are also delighted to see friendships beginning to blossom! The children are meeting new friends, sharing experiences, playing alongside one another and beginning to develop those important social skills that will support them throughout their preschool journey.
There have been so many little moments to celebrate already - brave goodbyes, happy greetings, joining in, exploring, playing, talking, laughing and trying something new. 🥰
We know that starting nursery is a big milestone for our children, and we are so proud of the progress they are making each day. We look forward to watching their confidence grow, their friendships develop and their personalities shine throughout the year. 🌱💫
