Online SEND Tutors (UK-Based)

Are you a skilled SEND tutor who thrives in a one-to-one setting? Anew AP is seeking compassionate online SEND tutors to support learners who require a personalised, flexible approach to education.

We work with children and young people with EHCPs who may be unable to access mainstream or face-to-face provision. Needs include ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex learning profiles. Your role will be to re-engage learners, build confidence, and deliver meaningful progress through remote education.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging 1:1 online sessions tailored to EHCP outcomes
• Adapt learning for neurodiverse learners using digital and sensory-aware strategies
• Monitor engagement and progress through concise ILP updates
• Work collaboratively with families and professionals to support holistic outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND
• Qualified teachers, experienced tutors, or HLTAs with specialist SEND training
• Patient, resilient and confident delivering remote learning
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
• Right to work in the UK
• Access to reliable internet and suitable online teaching setup
