🥋 YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE

Every black belt started with a first step.

Every champion started as a beginner.

Every experienced instructor was once a student.

And every karate journey starts somewhere.

For us, that place is Shaw.

But when you join Shaw Shukokai Karate Club, you become part of a much bigger journey — the Shukokai Karate Federation and the worldwide Kimura Shukokai International family.

A tradition passed down from Soke Shigeru Kimura.

A legacy carried forward by Shihan Eddie Daniels.

A family of instructors and students continuing to learn, teach and develop Kimura Shukokai around the world.

Whether you're 5, 55 or 95...

Whether you want fitness, confidence, traditional martial arts, competition or simply somewhere to belong...

There is a place for you at Shaw.

🥋 COME TRAIN WITH US.

🥋 TRAIN. COMPETE. LEARN. GROW.

What do you want from karate?

Fitness?

Confidence?

Technical development?

Competition?

Friendship?

A deeper understanding of martial arts?

At Shaw Shukokai Karate Club, there is a pathway for all of it.

You can train simply because you love karate.

You can challenge yourself through gradings.

You can develop your Kata and Kumite.

You can attend SKF courses and seminars. KSI International courses.

You can compete at domestic championships.

And if competition becomes your passion, there are pathways towards national squad training and KSI European and World Championships.

You decide how far your karate journey goes.

We'll help you get there.
