This is a new role to the Trust and will be a pivotal role as the Trust grows, working closely with leaders to influence positive people practices, drive early resolution, and ensure our colleagues feel supported, valued and empowered.

What the role entails:
💙Providing expert advice on Trust policies, procedures, employment legislation and terms and conditions.
💙Managing a varied caseload including attendance, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
💙Acting as Investigating Officer and presenting findings at formal hearings.
💙Supporting leaders through HR processes with confidence, clarity and professionalism.
💙Coordinating TUPE activity for schools joining or leaving the Trust.
💙Advising on wellbeing, attendance management and occupational health recommendations.
💙Contributing to policy development and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR and employment law.
💙Building strong relationships with leaders and trade union representatives.�

What you will bring:
🩵CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
🩵Strong HR advisory experience, including employee relations casework.
🩵Confident understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
🩵Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
🩵Experience working with trade unions and handling confidential information.
🩵Ability to analyse information and make sound recommendations.

🎓Once again, it is time to say goodbye to our Year 6 Leavers! They have been an incredible group of children, and we are very sad to see them leave. They will all be missed, but we wish them all lots of luck as they begin their next journey! 👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓

Today, our Leavers' children enjoyed a photoshoot in our Studio! 🪩

We would like to thank our wonderful families for attending our Leavers Celebration yesterday. We hope you all had a lovely time. We would also like to thank our amazing staff for supporting the children throughout their time at Kingfisher, and for setting up the photobooth today! Most importantly, we would like to say well done to all of the children; they have all been superstars! 🤩

📸Last week, the children in the Canaries class took part in their very own Wimbledon tournament outside in the sunshine! 🎾 The children loved using tennis balls, balloons and water balloons to play tennis with their friends! They then celebrated with strawberries in the sunshine 🍓! Well done, Canaries! 🤩

📸🧡Last week we finished our Sports Week activities with three more stunning Stay and Play sessions in our Web Playground with the Parrots, Ducks and Penguins classes. The children had so much fun exploring bubbles, water, playing games and having lots of fun with their families in the sunshine! 🫧 Well done, everyone! 🤩

Once again, we would like to say a huge thank you to our families for attending. We hope you all had fun! 🫧

Lastly, we would also like to say another huge well done and thank you to Carrie and our amazing Sports team, who organised these events! 👏 We hope you have enjoyed looking through all of the photos! 📸 As you have seen, the children have all had so much fun, and each session has been beautifully tailored to suit every class. It has been a huge amount of work to make these sessions happen, and they have all been absolutely amazing! Well done Carrie and the Sports Team!⭐️

📸🧡Last Friday, we ended the week with an amazing Stay and Play session in the Web Playground with the children from the Woodpeckers, Starlings and Ospreys classes! The children had lots of fun playing in the sunshine, exploring and playing in water, popping lots of bubbles. We then ended the session with a beautiful parachute activity! Well done, everyone! 🤩🫧

📸🧡Last Thursday, we welcomed the children from the Herons, Chaffinches and Blue Jays classes to Jack's Playground for some more Sports Week races. As you can see, the children all had a fantastic time racing with their friends! Well done to the children, they were all amazing! 🤩

Once again, a huge thank you to our brilliant families for attending and supporting us, and another massive well done to the Sports Week team for organising these amazing races for the children!

📸🧡Last Wednesday, we enjoyed another amazing Sports Week session where we were joined by children from the Swans, Robins and Ducklings classes in Jack’s Playground for lots of different Sports Week races. The children had so much fun running in a variety of races, with their families cheering them on; they especially enjoyed the parachute activity at the end of the session! Thank you once again to all of our amazing families for joining us! Well done, everyone! 🪂🤩

📸🧡Last Tuesday, we continued our Sports Week when the children from the Kestrels, Ravens, Canaries, Toucans, Goldfinches, Peacocks, Puffins and Ospreys classes engaged in lots of amazing races in Jack's Playground! As you can see, the children had an amazing time running with their friends whilst our brilliant parents cheered them on! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Well done to all of the children, thank you to our families for attending and again a huge thank you to the brilliant Sports Week team staff for organising this fantastic week of activities!
