Robins are learning about plants, growing and seasons. They have enjoyed reading 'Titch' and 'How I grow'. The children have drawn flowers and sequenced the steps needed to plant a seed. They even had a go at planting poppy seeds and acting out how a plant grows.

Minibeast Mayhem!
The reception children have loved exploring minibeasts for their topic this half term! We have explored a wide variety of insects from slugs and snails to ladybirds and bees. We have been on our own minibeast hunts, made bug hotels, playdough insects and lots of insect crafting as well as read some wonderful minibeast stories as our 'Book of the Week'. We have become quite the experts! 🐛🐝
