3A visited Gallery Oldham this week where we were reunited with our Willowpark friends. We had great fun drawing portraits, making friendship banners and exploring the exhibitions. We can't wait to see our Willowpark friends again soon!

🌟Parent Workshop – Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week🌟

We are pleased to invite parents and carers to a workshop led by Lauren from the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and assisted by Mrs Cunliffe as PSED lead.

📆Monday 9th February
⏰9:00am
📍Key Stage 1 Hall

This session will help you to:

• Understand children’s emotional wellbeing
• Recognise signs of anxiety or distress
• Learn practical ways to support your child at home and in school

To support all families:

• Urdu translation will be available
• Information leaflets will be provided

3A visited Castleshaw, where they met their linking class from Willowpark for the first time.

The children enjoyed developing their navigation skills, completing identifying and classifying activities and feeding the centre's own goats! 3A cannot wait to meet Willowpark again soon.

We are extremely delighted to now have our Edurio Trust Value Awards at each of our winning academies! Congratulations again to Werneth Primary School and Oldham Sixth Form College, who have been recognised as two of the top performing schools in their respective categories.

We were also presented a Trust Value award, recognising our Trust as one of the top 10 performing in England. This recognition reinforces our trust’s value of belonging and is testament to the collaborative work of our colleagues across all our academies to transform the lives of children and young people in our trust.
