The challenges continues - who will find the strangest spot to read in?

We hope that you have all had a relaxing couple of weeks off. The weather has turned a little and you might be looking for something to do... we have an idea.

Please join us in our new reading challenge 'Reading in Random Places' Where will your child be spotted reading? A little fun whilst keeping up those all important reading skills and there's even a prize for the most random reading spot. Please send your photo entries of your child reading in random places with their name and class to our facebook inbox or the school email address.

We can't wait to see where the Blackshaw Lane chidlren have been reading this summer!

Reminder about Sports' Day tomorrow
EYFS/KS1- 9-10am
KS2- 10-11:30am

Please send children in PE kits with a plain white t shirt, black shorts and trainers.

Also ensure that they have a drinks bottle, cap and that suncream has been applied in the morning

Pupils can continue to wear PE kits this week as the forecast is still 🔥 see you all tomorrow morning
