Excited to see the start of our expanded reception outdoor learning area. The workers have been amazing in this heat.

Hopefully the fencing will be completed on Monday.🤞

As part of our work with our children about how to stay safe over the holidays, and also learning to manage risks as part of their personal development, Manny came in to lead an assembly today on railway safety. This is due to our proximity to the railway line. He passed on lots of his knowledge and answered many questions from our children.

On Wednesday, Noah came to visit us to deliver an assembly about NED and speak to the children about resilience.

'Never giving up, Encourage everybody and Do your best!'

The pupils saw Noah's amazing yoyo skills and tricks. Communication has gone to parents about how they can buy the yoyos. Who knew there were so many kinds?

Please note: Key Stage 2 Sports Day will still run as planned tomorrow morning. Although still warm, temperatures will be cooler then and we will be able to go-ahead and use the shade.

Please ensure your child comes to school fully prepared for being outdoors:
A sun hat
A large, refillable water bottle
Sun cream applied before coming to school

🪑 Information for Spectating Parents.
You are very welcome to bring along your own folding chairs and small parasols/umbrellas for your own comfort while watching the events on the field.

We love our newly developed home corner role play area in our Reception classes!
