One of our Year 7 students, Isabel, is taking on an amazing fundraising mission by donating her hair to The Little Princess Trust💜

The Little Princess Trust is a charity that provides real hair wigs to children and young people, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.

Isabel will be donating her hair which will go to the charity to help make more wigs for children and young people, but has also decided to fundraise for the charity and has set herself a target of £500.

Tomorrow, Friday 17th July is the final day of our Culture,diversity and inclusion week!

We have had an excellent week celebrating, and we're finishing off by celebrating how culture, diversity and inclusion can have positive impacts on mental health - with Mental Health Friday. All students are requested to accessorise their full OSCA uniform with yellow to show support for mental health. Help us raise awareness for this important cause! 💛

Today we celebrated the diversity of the World Cup with World Cup Wednesday!! We hope all the staff and students enjoyed showing their support to their teams by sporting their chosen football shirt ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Thursday 16th July is British Day at OSCA! 🫖🇬🇧

All students will receive a classic British treat from the past - a tip top! Our school canteen will also be serving up some favourite British dishes. Don't miss out!

American Day was a huge hit for our students!🇺🇸🍔

Students loved what was on offer in the canteen today, and we were able to raise almost £450 for Sandwell Parents for Disabled Children (SPDC) charity through our trainer Tuesday. Thank you all for your donations.

If you'd still like to donate to help us reach our target of £500, parents/carers can do so via ParentPay until midnight tonight.

It's Asian Day here at OSCA tomorrow, Wednesday 15th July!🎉

Make sure you're in school to try tasty Asian cuisines in the canteen, and help us celebrate diversity as we ask students and staff to wear their favourite football top from around the world!⚽

Our canteen served up an absolute treat for Italian Day!🍕It was pizza and pasta galore, with sweet treats too. Every student also enjoyed a free 'gelato' during their lunch break - a perfect way to celebrate the culture!🍦
