Last week we had a very special visit from the dentist! π¦·β¨
Our children loved learning all about how to keep their teeth clean and healthy. We practised brushing techniques, talked about healthy foods, and discovered why visiting the dentist is so important.
Learning about oral health from a young age helps children build healthy habits for life, keeping their teeth and gums strong and supporting their overall wellbeing. π

This week at our nursery, we recognised World Mental Health Week by focusing on kindness, connection, and wellbeing π
The children took part in calming activities, explored different emotions, and learned healthy ways to express how they feel. Creating a safe and supportive environment where every child feels heard and valued is so important to us.
We also made time to support our amazing staff team, with extra breaks, breakfast treats, thoughtful words of gratitude, and moments to reflect together.
βItβs okay to not be okay β and itβs okay to ask for help.β β¨
Looking after our mental wellbeing both children and adults helps our whole nursery family thrive π
