Story Week in Adventurists✨📚

What a wonderful week we’ve had celebrating the magic of stories! 🌟

Our children have been exploring lots of different stories, talking about their favourite characters and adventures and using their imagination to create their very own stories.

Reading and sharing stories with children is so important. It helps to develop their language and communication skills, imagination, listening and concentration, while also introducing them to new words, ideas and experiences. Most importantly, sharing books together creates special moments and helps children develop a love of reading from an early age.

To finish our week, we had a bed time story Pajama Day. We enjoyed some lovely bedtime stories, making it the perfect way to end our story filled week.

💛 Yellow Day 💛

Over the summer, our toddlers have been learning all about different colours. This week we focused on the bright and cheerful colour yellow!

The children enjoyed going on a yellow treasure hunt around the nursery, searching high and low for all things yellow. They also explored a variety of fun activities to help them recognise and talk about colours in different ways.

To finish off our yellow-themed week, we headed outside for a morning in the mud kitchen, where the children had lots of fun mixing, stirring and creating their very own yellow potions! 🧪💛

We’ve enjoyed some lovely walks around our community, had lots of fun at the park, climbed, played and explored, enjoyed some tractor adventures 🚜 and even had the chance to see a few animals along the way! 🐑🐄🐴

So many little adventures, big smiles and wonderful opportunities to explore the world around us. 🌳✨

This week, we packed away the passports and brought the beach to us! Our little beach lovers enjoyed colourful sensory fun, exploring, creating, and soaking up all the summer vibes. 🌈🌊

A big thank you to all the lovely parents and little ones who joined us for our Stay & Play Friday! 💕 We had such a lovely morning filled with smiles, play and plenty of fun. 🧸✨

Our Stay & Play sessions are specially designed for little ones, giving parents and babies/toddlers the opportunity to explore our nursery, enjoy some fun activities and meet other local families. 🌈👶

It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves, and we can’t wait to welcome you back again! 💛

🌳 Trips to the Park! 🚌🌿

Our children have been out and about this week, making the most of the sunshine and enjoying lots of exciting adventures! ☀️

We started the week with a fun bus ride to Sandwell Valley, where the children enjoyed exploring, getting some fresh air and spending time together. 🚌🌳

To finish the week, we headed to our local park for more outdoor fun, play and plenty of smiles! 🛝⚽️😊
