🚲 Accessible Cycling in Aberdeen! 💙

Last week, our members had a brilliant time taking part in an accessible cycling session hosted by Grampian Inclusive Cycling Bothies at the Aberdeen Cycle Hub!

We got the chance to try out a variety of adapted bikes and really put them to the test. 🙌

One member told us the session made his day, and it was fantastic to see his confidence grow as the session went on.

A huge thank you to Beth at GICB for making us feel so welcome and giving our members such a great experience.

We’re already asking when we can come back! 😄🚲

As Scottish Learning Disability Week comes to an end, we wanted to pledge our support to the week's theme of "Here to be seen"

Dates-n-Mates are here to see...
We see, listen to, empower and value all people with a learning disability.
We will champion the voices of those with lived experience and we will continue to ensure our members are seen as an active part of the community in mainstream event venues.

As a human rights based and member-led organisation this is something we are committed to each and every day.

We have celebrated this week with our annual Love Without Limits conference, a member's photo competition, releasing our annual impact report, a meal out and a craft afternoon with members.

This Scottish Learning Disability Week, we are delighted to share our latest charity annual report with you all.

Aligned for Impact: to ensure the rights of adults with learning disabilities are upheld and respected as we support them to build friendships, relationships and opportunities that enrich their lives.

Within our 25-26 annual impact report you will see the stories of members, colleagues and volunteers and gain an insight into some of the impactful work we have facilitated this year.

Welcome to Scottish Learning Disability Week!

Love Without Limits 2026 is happening on THURSDAY!
