Whipped up a new recipe today, experimenting. This is an Italiano Picante Celebration Pastry. It’s enriched dough encasing filled with, crudo, prosciutto, salami and smoked pancetta, sweet red peppers, chillies, tomatoes, red onion, burrata, pecorino, rosemary, chilli flakes, oregano and parsley, like a twist on a calzone.
