VACANCY: Reprographics and Communications Officer

A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Reprographics and Communications Officer to join our successful and supportive Single Academy Trust. The ideal candidate will be proactive, show initiative with excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate well at all levels and with key stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

To produce and manage content for the school’s website, social media channels and other communications to staff, students and families (e.g. digital screens, staff and parent bulletins).

To produce professional looking signage, displays, brochures and publications for the school, ensuring that school branding is cohesive and consistent.

To ensure the efficient and effective management of reprographic support for the school.

TEACHING APPRENTICESHIPS FOR MATHS AND SCIENCE

FULL TIME AND FIXED-TERM FOR 1 YEAR
From £20,598 per annum

Are you a graduate interested in training to become a Maths, Chemistry or Physics teacher?

Do you want to be paid as you train to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)?

A teaching apprenticeship will enable you to take the next step on your journey to becoming a teacher while enjoying all the benefits of being employed by a school.
Based at Robert May’s School for four days a week with a day off-site each week to undertake training with our outstanding provider, South Farnham Education Trust (SFET), there would be an opportunity for you to visit a contrasting school over a six-week period along with a primary placement.

Through the 1-year apprenticeship, you would be paid on the Unqualified Teacher pay scale (minimum starting salary of £20,598) and all course fees would be covered by the school.

Successful applicants may choose to convert their QTS into a PGCE by completing universitybased assignments.
You will be joining a flourishing 11-16 academy school, teaching across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4 in an environment where students are well behaved and keen to do well. A comprehensive induction and support package will be
available.

You will be passionate about your subject, with a commitment to your professional development and will ideally have an undergraduate degree and GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
