🌞 And that’s a wrap on our summer programmes! 🐴💚

What a summer it’s been! Hot, dry, dusty… but filled with lots of fun, laughter and happy participants. ☀️🐎

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful helpers, families, and participants who have made this summer so special. We’ve loved seeing everyone enjoying time with our horses and ponies.

Now, our ponies are looking forward to a well-deserved little break! 😴💚

The 29th & 30th August will be a non-riding weekend for our riders, giving our ponies some much-deserved pampering, enrichment and relaxation — including walks in the woods in hand. 🌳🐴

📢 Please join us for our open day on 31st August from 12pm to 3pm.

Then, from the first weekend in September, our regular weekend riding programmes will return.

Our Alternative Provision programme with Healing Hearts And Minds With Horses CIC returns on 7th September, so the horses will soon be back to work doing what they love.

There is something incredibly powerful about being with horses. 🐴🤍

They are highly sensitive to our breathing, movement, tension and emotional state - often responding to what we are experiencing beneath the words.

They invite us to slow down, become present and listen to what is really going on within us.

That’s at the heart of the HEART Self-Mastery Foundation Course.

A 6-month journey of personal growth, self-awareness and deeper connection, using the unique relationship with horses to help uncover patterns, beliefs and behaviours that may be holding you back.

It’s an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationships, communicate with greater confidence and reconnect with your authentic self.

And you don’t need to be an experienced horse person. 🤍
