Great start to the week with Elliot Hudson breezing his test FIRST TIME and with ONLY TWO FAULTS.
Today almost didn’t happen as Elliot wanted to cancel it as he had a bad lesson yesterday but I said it’s quite normal before your test to drive bad and it just about showing yourself what you shouldn’t do on test day. And so today Elliot turned up and didn’t really put a foot wrong, therefore he got the result he very much deserved!
Congratulations and a big thank you to Elliot’s dad for all the practice.

After this morning’s biblical rain the heavens parted just in time for Harry Hare to absolutely smash his test FIRST TIME and with ONLY ONE FAULT.
Harry was surprised by this but he shouldn’t have been, the examiner even complemented his driving.
A big thank you has to go to Harry’s mum for all the support and practice.
Congratulations Harry, enjoy it!

Massive congratulations to Aidan Neehuis who PASSED with only two faults. A fantastic effort from Aidan who had definitely aided from lots of practice at home so a big thank you to Aidan’s parents.

Great finish to a very busy hot week, Maisy Nixon smashing her test FIRST TIME this morning even though when asked to wash the front window she was flashing everyone using the wrong stalk!!
But that’s not the silliest thing Maisy had done or said!! On one lesson I said to move over towards an AA instructors car and Maisys response was “is that the company that makes batteries?”…..well I laughed pretty much the rest of the lesson.
I can confirm that Maisy is actually intelligent and well rounded enough to be safe on the roads, even after that!!

Most learners get nervous right before their test but some get so nervous they beg me to take them home as they ‘can’t do it’! Well hopefully now Jess Long believes that she can it as she has a lovely certificate proving this.
Jess PASSED FIRST TIME this morning with ONLY THREE FAULTS.
A brilliant drive from a very competent young lady, who’s driving was definitely aided from lots of good practice at home so a big thank you to Jess’s mum & dad.

Lovely to finish the set of Mott children off, all three passing first time as well. Jacqueline Mott PASSED FIRST TIME with four faults and is now free to roam….and as she lives literally in the middle of nowhere that’s a bonus for her.
Congratulations Jacqueline on your well deserved pass and a big thank you to Jacqueline’s parents for all the practice and support for not just Jacqueline but all three of their children.

It’s always nice to not only hear the examiner say that the student has passed but to compliment their driving as well is a bonus.
Zak Coleman smashing his test this morning FIRST TIME with only two faults. Zaks confidence and ability has gown massively recently, this has definitely been aided by having a car at home and being able to practice lots, so a big thank you to Zak’s parents!

Sometimes students go to their test and drive below their usual high standard and I think Rosie Gould did that today. It’s didn’t affect the outcome as she still PASSED FIRST TIME which shows how good her driving normally is as even driving below par Rosie still smashed it with 5 faults.
A massive thank you to Rosie’s parents for all the practice, now Rosie can ferry herself about now as any who knows her knows that she doesn’t keep still.
