Antenatal ‘Bumps to Babies’ Course 👶

Our July and August 4-week Bumps to Babies courses:

July - Starts 14th July 2026

August - Starts 25th August 2026

The course is run by our Living Well Families team and covers:

💗 Baby care
💗 Labour & pain relief
💗 Infant feeding
💗 Becoming a parent

We recommend booking when you are around 29–33 weeks pregnant, and both parents are very welcome to attend.

The Holiday Activities and Food programme offers free activities 🎨⚽🌳 and a healthy meal 🍎🥪 for eligible children and young people during the school holidays. ☀️

From sports and outdoor adventures 🏃‍♀️🌿 to crafts, cooking and much more 🎨👩‍🍳, there will be lots of opportunities to try something new, make friends and have fun this summer. 😊
