Our Story

Rutland Early Years is an Ofsted registered (CA000015) childminding agency which is run by two childminders with 20 years combined experience in the early years field. Our aim is to help childminders provide the best start possible for the children in their care by helping them to feel supported in every aspect of their INDEPENDENT business. We offer an alternative to Ofsted registration with the same high quality of regulation which means that childminders now have a choice of how they register. We also offer full support to all Ofsted registered childminders too. Through annual support visits, guidance in all areas of your childminding business, back up by phone, text and email, paperwork templates and more we hope to offer choice and support to ALL registered childminders.
