Rutland Adult and Community Learning Part of Rutland County Council, we offer a variety of qualification and non-qualification courses to adults aged 19+.

We aim to inspire adults across Rutland and surrounding areas to fulfill their learning potential, offering a wide range of services and courses, most of which are subsidised and many free (depending on your circumstances). All our tutors are qualified as post 16 teachers and deliver interactive and fun sessions. RALSS welcomes learners of all abilities, from all racial, religious and cultural backgrounds and regardless of gender.
