Step In Line with Meg

Hi everyone — just a quick message to let you know that Step in Line with Meg classes are still going ahead as usual this week ☀️💃

However, with the extreme heat we’re experiencing, please take extra care before and during class.

I’d strongly recommend avoiding boots if possible and wearing light, loose, airy clothing to help keep cool. Please also make sure you bring plenty of water with you and keep sipping throughout the session — don’t wait until you feel thirsty.

A few extra heat tips:
• Try to stay well hydrated throughout the day, not just during class
• If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, sick, or unusually tired, stop immediately and let me know
• Take breaks whenever you need to — absolutely no pressure to push through in this heat
• If you’re feeling unwell because of the temperature, please stay home and rest

Your safety comes first, so we’ll take things steady and make sure everyone stays as comfortable as possible.
