Located at MIRA Technology Park, the MIRA Technology Institute (MTI) is a specialist automotive and engineering training centre, dedicated to helping learners and employers develop the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

🌸 Beauty Therapy students explore industry opportunities 🌸

Throughout the academic year, our Beauty Therapy students have been given a range of opportunities to enhance their industry knowledge, develop their skills and prepare for future careers.

Students attended an open evening where they met employers and employees, explored career pathways and watched industry demonstrations. They also benefited from an insightful careers talk delivered by Lynne Marie from Ragdale Hall, gaining valuable insight into the beauty and wellness sector.

Some students also took part in a trade test for the opportunity to secure work experience at Ragdale Hall, one of the UK's leading spa destinations.

These experiences provide students with valuable industry exposure, helping them to build confidence, develop professional skills and take meaningful steps towards successful careers in beauty therapy. ✨

Located on Harrowbrook Industrial Estate in Hinckley, this specialist campus is dedicated to construction, trades and logistics, offering students the opportunity to train in environments that closely mirror the workplace. With dedicated carpentry workshops, brick and blockwork training areas, and a working logistics warehouse, Harrowbrook Campus provides hands-on experience from day one.

Students develop practical skills in industry-standard workshops designed to prepare them for successful careers in the construction sector. The campus also offers Construction Trades ⚒️ alongside a range of apprenticeship opportunities.

Our courses are supported by expert tutors and excellent industry links, which support students to build the skills, experience and confidence needed to thrive in construction, trades and logistics careers. 🏗️✨
