Kidslingo Spanish Nuneaton & Hinckley

I hope everyone has had a great summer. Thank you for all the messages about Spanish clubs. I will be liaising with the schools as soon as they are back open to arrange start dates and I hope to resume Spanish clubs week commencing 7th September 2026.

I wanted to let you know that I am changing my booking and payment system ahead of the coming academic year. This update aligns with the Making Tax Digital system which I will need to start using soon.

Kidslingo head office have assessed the products available to children's activity providers and chosen the system Pebble as the most suitable.

This means that all customers will need to re-register their child for classes on the Pebble system.

Once this is done, there is no need to re-enrol your child and payments will be taken each half term/term as applicable to your child’s school. (Sketchley Hill, St Margaret's and Westfield Infants = half termly and Hinckley Parks = termly)

If am in the process of getting the new system ready and I will email again when you will be able to book your child’s place.

Current customers will have 1 week to register on the new system before the bookings will open to the rest of the school.

​Instead of direct debit, when enrolling you can choose to use either a debit or credit card, taking advantage of your own points or cashback schemes.

Each half term/term you will receive information about how many classes are in the block and how much the payment will be in advance.

There will no longer be the option to make a bank transfer. The payment will be taken from the card you have provided, unless you have chosen the option to cancel, which must be done 5 days prior to the payment date.

Your payment information will continue to be handled securely and confidentially. There is no change to the products or services you receive, and this update only affects how payments are made.
