Due to adverse weather conditions, our MTI CAMPUS will be closed today to staff and students. We expect to open as normal on Monday, 12th January.

What we do here at MTI...

The MTI is a training facility that excels at education that meets industry by providing specialist skills, courses, apprenticeships as well as providing a professional place to meet.

We take pride in supporting local students and companies who are looking to join the industry, upskill and reskill so they can stay up to date with emerging & advanced technologies. We also work with businesses to create bespoke courses for their workers to ensure they get the very best training possible.

We provide a wide variety of skills, meeting rooms and conference rooms all with technology for you to either teach or meet with a capacity from 9 up to 120 people.

💡 Supporting the next generation in choosing a Career in STEM

After our recent Ofsted report and receiving the highest accolade of "Strong for skills", recognising our exceptional contribution and responsiveness to meeting the local skills need. It is important that we are continuing to support the industry by raising awareness and that is why we love hosting the TEENTECH events for our local schools. ⚙️

TeenTech MTI is now in its sixth year, bringing together students from North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire for an exciting and interactive programme that helps young people understand the range of opportunities across digital, science and technology and the many different entry points. 🔋

The in-person event on the MTI site will be preceded by a virtual innovation session to enable schools to involve as many Year 8 / Year 9 students as they wish. The virtual event is tomorrow 28th January so please get in touch asap.

There are two parts to the experience and schools are encouraged to join both parts.

There are two parts to the experience: Schools can engage as many students as they wish in the virtual event (Session 1) and then choose ten students to represent their school on the festival day (Session 2). We recommend schools sign up for both the virtual session and the festival but it’s not compulsory.
