Art Class

My art class is exhibiting a collection of their work at Grit Art Central from 11am - 2pm tomorrow Saturday 25th November.

Here are the fabulous drawings from some of my Art Class members. I will be posting lots more of the varied and interesting work we create during our 10 week projects.

During the next few weeks/months I'm looking for women to draw. I am interested in drawing you in any way you wish to present yourself to me. Dressed up, casual, at home, at my home, at Caldecote Village Hall, at The Station Gallery, at work! posed, natural,clothed, naked! Full figure or portrait. At this stage I'm interested in making quick sketches in pastels, charcoal, ink, watercolour or acrylic. These sketches will form the beginnings of a year long project of making artwork about women and will be exhibited initially in my forthcoming exhibition at The Station Gallery where I also intend to draw women throughout the time my exhibition is on, continuing to build upon the shared experience of artist and model and exploring the definition of 'women'.

So - if you fancy being drawn, I'm available Monday's until 4pm, Wednesday all day and evening, Thursday 10am -12pm at Caldecote Village Hall, Friday all day and evening and weekends. Please get

We done often make copies, but we used a print of an oil painting and re created it as an A6 fine line and water colour. Fabulous results.
