Hi everyone!! I hope you've all had a lovely weekend, we've had a great time away in the Peak District before the back to school chaos tomorrow for us as we are in Leicestershire 🎒🏫
Speaking of, I'm taking the next week off to try to sort my life out 🤣🤦🏻♀️ after a very busy summer. So we will be back open as usual on Tuesday the 1st of September 🥰
I love seeing how the children play at Little Explorers, their creative minds and imagination, it's just so lovely to see.
It takes me back in time to before tech and everything seemed to take over, children are such a blessing and they really do show us what life is about and what's truly important. Community, creativity, time in nature, just living the dream 😌☮️🪷

Who's ready for some more outdoor fun this week?🥰
It's looking like it's due to be a cooler one which will be a nice change, with a chance of rain on a few days but I'll keep you updated with the exact weather for the time the sessions are on as it varies a lot hour by hour.
This week we are open from Tuesday - Friday 10:30-11:30am at Ambleside Sports Club
If you've never been to our stay and play before, it's entirely outdoors with some shade, you can pay online right up until the session begins and it's lots of fun for an hour for the little ones and plenty for them to play with ❤️
We need your support more than ever as we are entering into the cooler months, as there's definitely more appeal for outdoor play in the summer however the children have just as much fun in the Autumn and early Winter too 🍁❄️

Lots of new faces today at Little Explorers and lots of new followers, hello everyone 👋🏻🤗
Thank you all for coming today, it was a really lovely session. We even had some first steps taken at our playgroup by this little cutie!! Congratulations again 🥰 I love seeing and hearing about people's firsts with their little ones and how emotional they get, it makes me realise how quickly they all grow up 🥹🫂
We also said goodbye to two of our regular girls who are starting school soon! Lots of big changes happening. Good luck at school to those starting in a few weeks, we'll hopefully see you still in half terms or Saturdays if you're able to ❤️
A reminder that tomorrow is our last day for the week, but we'll be back to normal from next week, Tuesday-Friday morning 🥰

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We went camping and enjoyed some family time ❤️
This week we are only open tomorrow and Wednesday unfortunately as we are away but also by the looks of it we'd be closed anyway because there's another heatwave on the way!
So please join us tomorrow or Wednesday if you've been hoping to 😊
A reminder that siblings are welcome as long as they are respectful of our equipment, as it's suited to under 5's. There's also a park they can play in next door 🛝
Please wear all in one swimming costumes and crocs ideally, or normal clothes but always a spare change of clothes 🧦

If you enjoy coming to our sessions and have pictures you've taken of your little ones at our playgroup, if you could send me the pictures I'd be really grateful.
Also it always really helps our group to share about your experience to as many places as possible! Stories, posts, Facebook groups, 10 minutes of your time makes the world of difference to our playgroup. It's been such a lovely summer so far, the weather has been amazing 🌞 how lucky we are!
We only have a couple of people booked onto tomorrow so for the session to be able to go ahead it would be great if a few more people would like to come 🥰
It's just me running this little business so all of your shares, recommendations and visits help more than you know 😊 I'm going to do a post tomorrow maybe about things I can do to improve so if anybody has any ideas please get them ready 😁

Another wonderful week ❤️🌞
We were super lucky with the weather this week, not too hot like it has been lately. We've met lots of new faces, old faces with new little siblings 😍😍 it's also been lovely to see lots of grandparents and dads being able to come along in the summer holidays, everybody's always so friendly and so many happy imaginative children.
Best job in the whole world!!🌎
