In English, our Panthers class continued exploring the wonderful characters from Owl Babies! They had lots of fun getting creative and using a range of materials, including paint, glue and feathers, to make their very own owls.

Our learners followed written instructions and enjoyed bringing their creations to life. It was lovely to see their creativity, enthusiasm and imagination shining through!

Macaws have begun to make great progress towards their ASDAN qualifications. In PSHE, they have been exploring their identity and have been getting to know each other. Macaws were all able to spell their names independently and used mirrors to explore their identity to create self-portraits. Macaws shared these posters with each other, supporting social interaction and getting to know each other.

Last Friday was Jeans for Genes Day, staff and learners came together to support an important cause.

Staff and learners were invited to donate ยฃ1 and wear their jeans for the day, helping us raise a fantastic ยฃ67.00 for the charity!

Jeans for Genes supports children and families living with genetic disorders. The charity helps fund projects that provide practical support, improve lives and help children and young people affected by genetic conditions.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and took part. Your generosity has helped us make a difference while enjoying a great day of wearing our favourite jeans!

Rhinos class stepped into the exciting world of the circus during their english lesson. The learners explored different circus acts, enjoyed watching some magic tricks and even had a tasty treat of popcorn!

This exciting experience helped introduce us to our new text, Leon and the Place Between.

The children used their senses to explore the circus environment, thinking carefully about what they could see, hear and smell.

It was wonderful to see the children using their imaginations, sharing their ideas and becoming immersed in the magical world of the circus!
