ACRODAY’26 - celebrating 3 years of ACRONOTTINGHAM! 💥

We’re celebrating 3 years of Acro Nottingham with an afternoon filled with acro, bouncing, flying high & playing together! 🫶🤸

Open to everyone — you don’t need to be part of our regular classes or community to come along. Grab your ticket and join us for the day! 🫶

📅 Saturday 26th September
⏰ 12:30–4:30pm
📍Beeston, Nottingham
🎟️ £25/£20 per person

🤸 ACRO JAMS — ALL AFTERNOON
The space will be matted and open for acro throughout the entire event. Come train, practise, play and jam with others!

🤸‍♀️ TRAMPOLINES
Trampolines will open for sessions throughout the afternoon, with coaching available whether you want to have a bounce, practise your skills or try something new.

🔥 LINES SUPPORT
The lines will be available for those with experience to use, with some time support for those wanting to work on lines-based skills.

🍻 PUB SOCIAL AFTERWARDS!
We’re off to a local pub afterwards for dinner and drinks, everyone is invited to join us

From adult classes for all levels and a wide variety of acro styles, to handstands, family acro and youth acro. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, helping you learn safely, build confidence, and have fun whilst getting fit 💪

This incredible U3A group came along, embraced the challenge, and proved that it’s never too late to try something new 💪

Throwback to our Funk as Puck gig! 🤘

Almost a year ago we were performing as punks in Sheffield! We spent the pre-show stilt walking around the venue, meeting people and drawing in the crowds before taking to the stage to perform our acro act across two different venues.

We love jobs where we get to interact with people just as much as perform. Thanks to everyone who stopped to watch, cheer us on and make it such a fun day! ♥️

Acro Nottingham Showcase 2026 Performance 👯

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Acro Day and stayed to watch the showcase afterwards ❤️

Congratulations to all the performers who took to the stage — it was such a lovely evening celebrating the talent, creativity, and hard work in our community.

This isn’t everyone. In fact, it’s not even half of our community 😅

But we managed to gather some of the wonderful humans that make up Acro Nottingham at the Nottingham Acro Convention 2026 ❤️

NAC was inspired by our community. We wanted to create an event where our students could meet and train with people from other communities, whilst still being surrounded by the familiar faces they’ve trained, laughed and grown with week after week.

Seeing so many of our community expand their acro knowledge, learn alongside people from other cities and countries, and support those who travelled to our hometown for NAC was pretty special 🥰

Since NAC26, we’ve grown even more! We’re so excited to see both familiar and new faces at NAC27 💥

Us teachers are really out here just trying to survive our own schedules 😅

We may work every second we’re breathing… but honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. We love this community and it makes it all worth it.

Last weekend’s AcroDay & Showcase ❤️

From complete newbies trying their very first acro skills, to experienced acro-ers throwing themselves into new challenges ✨

Everyone cheering each other on throughout the day — the atmosphere was just magic. One of our favourite things about these events is seeing people realise they’re capable of more than they thought 💥

Thank you to every single person who came, trusted us, and supported the event 🫶

A special thanks and well done to our students who performed in the evening (separate post celebrating them coming soon!) ✨

We’re feeling very lucky to have such a supportive, welcoming acro community here in Notts ❤️
