We're proud to celebrate Shahanaj, who is currently completing her Housing and Property Management Level 4 Apprenticeship with Access Training while working at Central Bedfordshire Council.

While balancing a busy role and her studies, Shahanaj has strengthened her knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management and professional housing practice, helping her deliver even better outcomes for residents and colleagues.

A major milestone in her journey has been progressing from Neighbourhood Housing Officer to Senior Housing Officer. In her new role, she leads a team, supports colleagues with complex cases and continues to develop her leadership and decision-making skills.

"The apprenticeship has increased my confidence, enhanced my professional knowledge and reinforced my commitment to delivering high-quality housing services."

Shahanaj's dedication, resilience and passion for making a difference are inspiring others across her organisation to explore apprenticeship opportunities of their own.
