BA (Hons) Filmmaking student Alexandra Jasmine Aditya worked as producer on A New Leash on Life, a comedy short following a graduate who accidentally finds confidence while working as a dog walker—despite being allergic to dogs.
Created for anyone navigating the challenges of job hunting after university, the film balances humour with an optimistic message. For Alexandra, one of the highlights of the production was successfully bringing a cast of canine co-stars to set.

Emily Daniels, BA (Hons) Fashion Design.
My final year project, The Female Paradox, embodies contradiction, exploring the confusion of being a woman. I have explored themes surrounding beauty pageants, bodybuilding and more – ideas that confuse traditional femininity, extreme femininity, liberation and control, all the while looking at my female family history. My project relates to contrasting themes in my dissertation where I explore Brat Summer and the Clean Girl Aesthetic and how they relate to bigger ideas surrounding the female gaze. My ultimate aim is to empower women and I hope creating clothing can give a feeling of confidence to the wearer. For this reason, my collection is size adjustable; growing with a woman through body fluctuations and/or enabling women to share clothing, all leading to emotional durability.

Molly Rivers Round, BA (Hons) Fashion Knitwear Design & Knitted Textiles.
My collection Seed to Silence explores organic systems through knitwear, focusing on nature’s cycles of emergence, overextension, collapse and renewal, with flora as a key source of inspiration. My practice focuses on texture, structure, drape and colour, using knit to echo the complexity and resilience of natural forms. Influenced by my experience at a supply company during my placement year, I prioritise sustainability through the use of responsible yarns, fully fashioned panels and natural dyeing processes. After graduating, my aim is to continue developing my knitwear to create my own brand, whilst establishing myself within the fashion industry.

Lucia Martin, BA (Hons) Fashion Communication & Promotion
I'm interested in creating work that challenges how ideas are seen and understood, using image as a primary form of communication. With a love of photography, I document moments instinctively, focusing on mood, tension, and detail. My latest self-directed project, Beyond the Bottle, explores scent as memory, building a narrative that feels personal, immersive, and intentional. Projects like these have shaped my approach to be both conceptual and visually driven. My ultimate goal is to become a creative director, developing work that is distinctive, thought-provoking, and culturally relevant.
