Created by professional dancers, Sophie Duncan & Joshua Ecob, NGDance is becoming Nottingham’s foremost professional youth dance training program. Performers with international companies including Cirque Du Soleil & Serbian National Ballet, their experience offers expertise, technical & performance masterclasses in a fun, safe & challenging environment. E 'DANCER'S TOOLBOX' - CLASSES INTRODUCING CLASSICAL PAS DE DEUX AND CONTACT IMPROVISATION, BASIC ANATOMY, A QUICK DANCE HISTORY AND HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DANCE MIND AND BODY. TO HELP DEMYSTIFY THE INDUSTRY, THE 'UNLIMITED ACCESS' SESSIONS, WHERE THE FLOOR IS OPEN TO ANY QUESTIONS ON LIFE AS A DANCER, HOW TO APPLY FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, AUDITION TECHNIQUES AND PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCE FROM SOPHIE AND JOSH. THE COURSES ARE A SPACE FOR DANCERS TO LEARN TECHNIQUE, DEVELOP CHOREOGRAPHIC TOOLS, DISCOVER AND PUSH THE LIMITS OF THEIR BODIES AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN IN A SAFE, OPEN ENVIRONMENT. YOU MUST BE AGED 11 - 18 ON THE AT THE START OF THE COURSE
