Self-Care Fair taking place on Thursday 30 October from 12-2pm, in the Senate Chamber of the Trent Building!
There will be games and refreshments, and a chance to ask the Support and Wellbeing Team or the Chaplaincy Team any questions you may have.
There will be societies present, for you to ask questions and find out how they offer chances to destress. BlowSoc will be performing music from 12-1pm, and from 1.15-1.30pm, the Buddhist and Meditation Society will be running a guided meditation!
