We are currently recruiting for:

📌 Deputy Nursery Manager
🕒 Hours: Between 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
📅 Start date: September 2026
📍NG22 9TA

💚About the Role

This is a lovely role for a Deputy Nursery Manager position with a strong focus on being room based rather than office-based.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff
• Observing children and team members to maintain high-quality practice
• Ensuring excellent standards of care, learning, and teaching
• Maintaining and promoting strong safeguarding practices

• Level 3 qualification with previous leadership experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A caring and patient nature

✅ A passion for working with children and supporting their development
✅ Minimum Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
✅ Experience in a nursery setting is preferred but not essential

Your Role Will Include:

🎨 Planning fun, engaging, and educational activities
📚 Observing and tracking development in line with the EYFS
🏡 Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
