In the colder months it can be tempting to wrap your baby up to keep them warm and cosy βοΈπ§£.
However, itβs important to remember that babies can overheat, and this increases the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) β οΈ.

This week our babies have been having fun with water... (We know it's been wet all year π€£) These early big movements help to develop life long fine motor skills and did you know they even help your child's literacy skills?
Are you the mother, father, or caregiver of a baby aged 12 months or under?
Weβd love to hear from you!
As part of safer sleep week, we are launching a survey to help us learn more about baby sleeping practices in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
