All students, due to the extreme heat on Tuesday there will be no kickboxing class, this is for everyones health, safety and well-being, it will resume next Tuesday as normal, many thanks

Message to all students, unfortunately there will be no class tomorrow 26th April 2022, both James and myself have covid and our relief instructor is away, we are very sorry and will be back as normal next week.

Im very happy to announce that the current WBA world champion Leigh Wood will be coming along to the class this Tuesday (23/11/21)with his belts. This will be a fantastic experience for you all.

FIGHT DAY
This evening will see friend of the club Chantelle Cameron take on Brazils Adriana dos Santos Araujo for the vacant WBC super-lightweight belt live on Sky Sports.
Chantelle the consummate professional weighed in under the 10st limit, less could be said for Araujo who weighed in 5lbs over the limit.
