Behind the scenes at Next Level and ELITE Swimming UK 👀🏊‍♀️

Today our swim team came together on site at a Flying High Partnership for a dedicated training day — getting everyone prepared, aligned and ready to deliver outstanding swimming provision across our schools.

From pool setup and operations to teaching, safety, customer experience and quality assurance, there’s a huge amount that goes into making every Pools2Schools programme a success.

💙 Train the team.
🧡 Raise the standards.
🏊 Deliver better swimming experiences for children.

And yes… there was even a little time for a cuppa ☕️😂

Yesterday day our team got to share day with each other developing our delivery service. We covered best practise in coaching/teaching, safeguarding and first aid as well as vital updates to support the children, families and schools we work with!

Even after a full day of staff training, sharing ideas and getting stuck into the practical sessions, there’s always time for a round (or two!) of golf! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

Plenty of competition, plenty of laughs… but there could only be one winner! 🏆
